When will my plants be shipped?
To ensure your plants arrive in peak condition, we schedule shipments based on the appropriate planting time for your specific USDA hardiness zone. You will receive a tracking notification as soon as your order leaves our nursery.
What is your 'No-Risk' Guarantee?
We stand behind the quality of our plants. If any Spring Hill product does not grow or you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will provide a replacement or a merchandise credit valid for one full year.
How do I know which plants are right for my climate?
Each product page lists the recommended hardiness zones. You can use our 'Find Your Zone' tool by entering your zip code to filter for plants that will thrive in your local environment.
What should I do if my plants arrive looking dormant?
Many of our perennials, shrubs, and trees are shipped in a dormant state to protect them during transit. This is perfectly normal. Once planted and watered according to the included instructions, they will begin to show new growth as they wake up.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we begin preparing your plants for shipment quickly, changes must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
